These terms and conditions only cover the Lifes A Hoof website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
Placing an Order
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with LifesAHoof.com. LifesAHoof.com must receive payment in full for the price of the goods that you order, before your order can be accepted.
Once payment has been received LifesAHoof.com will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price, plus a description of the goods purchased.
Any contract betweem LifesAHoof.com and you will not form until your order has been despatched
LifesAHoof.com is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of errors or inaccuracies regarding to the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail and/or telephone. At which point we will outline the errors on your order and outline options for continuation, which can include but not limited to;

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order for personalised items if the work has already been done for you.

Prices, Descriptions and Images are not intended to be binding and can be altered at any time. Furthermore, whilst we take great care in colour reproduction of all images on LifesAHoof.com, the true colour of the product ordered can vary, we cannot take any responsibility for any difference in the colour of the product your recieve with your order.
